The Realm of Fey

It is a land of soft lights and wonder, a place of music and death. It is a realm of the everlasting forest, ranging from moss-hung mangroves to snow-laden pines of thick jungle. They're also a dark side to fey forests that dark and twisted, its branches reaching out to snare travelers' cloaks, and its roots coiling and buckling to trip those who pass by. where the branches are woven so tight that no light penetrates. Shadow creatures and undead creatures haunt this downside of the plane, as do other creatures that thrive in the gloom—all attempts to correctly map the Fey fail, as it is inconsistent in its appearance. The land is filled with powerful fey lords and shadow fey who use mortals to entertain them, either by gifting strange magics or sending them out on quests. It can be dangerous for outsiders who may not realize that the plane itself will enforce the deal when they make these deals. If you make a deal for power or favor, you better hold up your end or find yourself in a far worse position.
