Edict of Adaptation

It had been decreed by Praetec that the orders of adaptation be followed and issued to the mortal races. The following three principles were observed.

Advance capability of mortal technology within an allowance of their cultural assignments.

Adapt cultural assignments of mortal races to benefit the primary assignments of the region or titan that the mortal races are responsible to.

Modify and adapt the mortal races so their physicality is benefitting the objectives of the titans and their respective developmental programs.
