Tzernobog is a massive, depressing prison in the left lung of Fragen. It is run by the angels, and holds most of their prisoners.

Architecture

Tzernobog incorperates the traditional fractal-inspired architecture that all buildings in Fragen have. Except with more spikes, perhaps.
