Gordunni

Gordunni was once a mighty nation, led by the battlemage queen Peresha in an age past. She ruled for fifty years, keeping the land united under authority and making it a major player on the Worldwide stage. After Peresha's death, rule passed to her son, who led for a rather brief twelve years. From there it passed to his uncle, the queen's younger brother. The empire began to fracture near the end of his reign, and fell apart completely with his death. In the five hundred years since, no one has been able to reunite the region and keep it reunited.
