God of the Trench

God of the Trench, Deep Ocean and the Unknown

Little is known about the God of the Trench. if they have a body, none have seen it. If they have a conscience or personality, none have experienced it. All that is know is that the God of the Trench is one of the three elder gods, along with Huan and Zephyr, and that they rule over the deep sea, the darkness and the Unknown. Some refer to them as the Unknown God, or the Ruler in the Deep. They are believed to reside in The Trench, and acts as the main reason why people avoid the area.
They are depicted as a hooded and cloaked figure wearing a ruined iron crown, or sometimes a crown floating in darkness, or sometimes by nothing at all. Some believe that the Unknown God represents the absence of the Bright King's touch, and that the dark and deep areas of the Shattered Sea are godless areas, isolated from Lumen's light. 
Little good can be said about the Ruler in the Deep, and those who worship such a god are shunned and isolated by the rest of civilized society.
