Sandpoint Town Council

The council of Sandpoint includes the Mayor and 6 additional seats. Typically 4 of these seats are filled by members of the founding families - called "Founder's Seats". The remaining seat are elected from the towns citizens. Each elected member will serve a 4 year term with reelections on the 7th of Neth - to mark the anniversary of Sandpoint's founding. If a position is suddenly emptied mid-term, a new election will take place within a month to fill the seat. The winner will complete the remainder of the term and go through the reelection process, serving another 4 years if they win.
Currently some of the seats are held by:

• Kendra Deverin - Mayoral & Founder's seat
• Amekio Kaijitsu - Founder's seat, passed to her after her father's passing about a month ago.
• Titus Scarnetti - Founder's seat
