Chateau de Pandor

Chateau de Pandor or Pandor Mansion was built from scratch by a mysterious newcomer to Waterdeep, Pandor The Ooze, this mansion and vineyard quickly gained slight renown among the local populus. Peasants living around talk of occasional green and purple lights coming off the alchemist workshop on the property. The workers of its fields, report the the grapes species grown at the mansion are different that any thing else they have seen. Pandor admits to enhancing his crops by his own means and with the help of Grebo. The estate consists of three main buildings, mansion itself, vineyard support building/cellar and an alchemist workshop, there is also a toolshed near entry. The estate and vineyard cost Pandor about 35k. (30, estate, alchemy workshop 5)

Stables:

• Reasonably sized Stables were commissioned (Cost 1000g ). This is where the mechanical dragon retrieved from mountains near tribor is being kept.

Mechanical Dragon:

•  Alvyn and Pandor have retrieved a mechanical dragon from mountains of triboar. We plan to ask for the mages of the wizard tower to help set it up. They owe us a favour.

Vineyard:

• Pandor hires local villages to work at his vineyard, pays them well and tries not to expose them to anything they would be uncomfortable with or would gain Pandor unwanted notoriety (Think Ooze experiments)
• Whenever he can, Pandor tries to work on his alchemy, creating fertilisers and enhancing his crops.

The books:

• 2 Skilled laborers, 6 unskilled, 10gp per week extra maintainance costs, Blessed crops month 1?
