Episode 0: The First Council Session

General Summary

Mirtul 20th 1462
The party arrive in Waterdeep to attend a special council session to discuss how to handle the increasing threat of the Dragon Cult.
The council was organised by the Harpers and chaired by the current Open Lord of Waterdeep Lord Dagult Neverember.
It is believed that the intention of the Dragon Cult is to summon Tiamat, and to do this they need to gather five dragon masks. The Dragon Cult is using the Draakhorn to summon and control chromatic dragons, the last known location of the Draakhorn was in the Sea of Moving Ice, where Maccath the Crimson (a prominent dragon scholar) was also last seen.
Leosin Erlanthar is also tracking the location of Varram the White who is one of the leaders of the dragon cult.
