84059 is an illegal cloud database that hosts leaked information about ARK, agents, and missions. 84059 leaks have caused several missions to fail, as it exposed the details of the missions to the target(s). The database is organized by most recent leak, and can be filtered into several categories for types of leaks.  The purpose of the organization is to inform the citizenry of Riza of ARKs many crimes, and exactly what they do in the shadows.

History

The program first appeared five years ago in 2838. It was immediately flagged and taken down by ARK. Within the hour it popped back up at another address on another server from a different location. For the past five years ARK has been fighting to take it down and keep it down, but it always returns shortly after. ARK is currently investigating who may be behind it, but has yet to find any solid evidence.
