The Return
As millennia passed, Ro'Kroya sunk into a pit of despair. Hope dwindled, faith wavered, and the memories of their deities faded into the recesses of their minds. The divine names that once rang out in prayer were now consigned to the pages of ancient texts, dismissed as mere legends. Clerics, the conduits of divine power, faded into obscurity, replaced by individuals who sought power from the earth and other mystical entities.
Yet, even in the throes of hopelessness, a glimmer of light emerged. A band of audacious adventurers, unaware of the profound consequence of their actions, stumbled upon the hidden temple and unwittingly released the dormant gods, and in turn, the captive Kova. Seizing the opportunity, Kova siphoned their life forces to make his escape, vanishing into another plane before the awakened deities could halt his departure.
Now awake and aware of the gravity of their situation, Aaos, Mel-E'na, and Vedomma looked out upon a world changed beyond their worst fears. Their creations had deviated far from their original design, twisted by the corruption brought by Kova and shaped by the harsh reality of a world abandoned by its divine protectors. Yet, amid the ruins and desolation, life persevered.
Strengthened by this realization, the divine siblings swore to reclaim their world. They would remind their creations of their divine heritage, rekindle their faith, and rebuild the bridge between the heavens and earth. They knew the road to redemption would be long and fraught with challenges, for they were fighting not only to reclaim their realm but to erase the taint of despair etched deep into the hearts of their creations.
