Luridae Collective

Summary

The Luridae Collective is a loose crime family that spans multiple spheres.
Each cell of the collective is run by a kingpin that is free to run their franchise as they see fit, and the only rule is to respect the other franchises in the collective.
These kingpins compete for resources and power inside the collective, but are always weary of showing too strong a hand for fear of the others franchises banding together and removing them. Weakness is also not tolerated, a franchise that is not worthy of respect is set upon by the collective and absorbed by the others, though more often if a franchise is in decline a promising lieutenant will show enough initiative and perform a coup. This tension ensures that no one franchise grows too big and can enslave the rest of the collective.
There is no real ethnic requirements amongst the collective; a member is judged on their merit not ancestry, but some of the franchises do tend to be more ethnocentric than others.
