Scarlet Harbor is a citidel nestled near the shell at the approximate location where the flow of Phlogiston from Krynnspace breaks against the Realmspace sphere.
The Harbor is owned and operated by the Wayfarer's Coterie, who offer resuply and aperature ritual services.
