A set of two Everburning Torches that have a red and green mirrored lenses like that of a Bull's-Eye Lantern, and come in a handsome leather case to protect the glass.
Each torch can shed bright light of the color of it's lenes in a 40ft cone, and dim in another 40ft.
Semaphore Torches can be seen from a distance of 600ft, allowing ships to communicate with a Sailing or Spelljamming Lore check DC15
