The Happy Beholder

The Bar

The Happy Beholder is a small bar right on the main drag of Dock street near the dry docks. It is mostly well lit, and usually busy with a wide assortment of clientele that show up any hour of the day. It acts as a defacto civic center in the lower district, and is one of the few spots that you do not have to worry about violence or a shake down. How much of this is due to the proprietor being able to turn you to a pile of dust with a glare; or because of how useful he has proven to be over the years is anybody's guess.
The ground floor is an open floor plan where the general population can get a drink or have a bowl of stew. Up stairs is open to the public, but the host usually doesn't abide loiterers. A smaller bar exists up here with a game room. There are a few rooms where you can crash the night, or have a private meeting.

The owner of the bar and the namesake beholder, Luigi is jovial with a taste for new exotic alcohol.

Pricilla Buckminster

Human, F. Barmaid
This tall, slender woman wears a lot of dark rich colors, with bright accents. She has back length chestnut hair that she keeps braided. She is very pretty but has cold, no nonsense demeanor.
Mostly found on the ground floor tending to the tables.

Giselle Seaholly

Undine (Human), F. Cook
Her skin is blue and flawless despite the long hours in the kitchen. She dresses in low cut shirts and keeps her blue hair tied up in a scarf. She is extraordinarily passive and rarely speaks, let alone speaks her mind.
Mostly found in the kitchen.

Taklinn Coppervein

Dwarf, M. Host
He is an average looking male in his early mid-life, bald on top but beard immaculately formal. He keeps a crisp clean semiformal clothes. He considers himself a man of culture and sophistication, and does not suffer offense.
Usually found upstairs treating to the VIPs
