Waukeen - The Merchant's Friend

Waukeen is a lesser deity of wealth and trade in the Faerûnian pantheon. The Merchant's Friend is venerated and appeased not only by merchants; from the lowliest of peddlers to the wealthiest owners of trading companies; but also investors, accountants, entrepreneurs, caravan guides, warehouse owners, philanthropists, deal-makers, moneylenders, and other such individuals. Her worship is spilt into two sides of the coin. Liberty's Maiden, a goddess of commerce and the accumulation of wealth through free and fair trade, as well as the beneficial use of wealth to improve civilization; and The Golden Lady, the goddess of illicit trade and the patron of many smugglers, fences, black marketer's, and "businessmen" on the shady side of commerce
