Captain Nikolai Kester
Captain Nikolai Kester was the leader of the Pirate Horde of Lucarcia. Once a minor noble of the Jade House, nephew of Lily Jade, and successful member of the Guild, Kester left his position on the Trade Lords council under a dark cloud. He later worked for the Verdant Queen disrupting trade and generally causing a nuisance, aiming to control the Inner Sea so that Lucarcia would fall under her control. Kester captained the Moray and his first mate was an aberration from the Void called Baku.
