Oshima Heizo is Daimyo of the Naga Province and a poet an artist of great renown. His work sells for huge amounts of gold among the ruling samurai caste all across the empire.
It is said that he brings these qualities into his fighting too, being an exceptional student of the skill of iaijutsu - the art of fast drawing a katana to strike a foe with a previously scabbarded blade.
