Overseer Emilia
Emilia is the daughter of Baron Abund and his first wife. She died giving birth to Emilia. This makes Emilia Baron Isla's step daughter. With the recent death of Baron Abund, it was wondered if Emilia would keep her position, but it is clear that the new Baron rates her Overseer’s skills and that the relationship is strong.
Emilia herself is a beautiful young lady, of moderate build, but with incredibly toned muscles from her constant training with her weapon of choice - the quarter staff. She is auburn haired, green eyed and with a constant smile on her face. She seems like everything is a game to her, and is massively competitive. Whether it be beating her Enforcers on their daily training runs, or drinking them under the table in the Purple Parrot, Emilia puts her all into everything.
When Emilia was young a traveller from Honshu arrived in Barusi. He said he was a mystic from the Sphinx Province, and would take one student and teach them the secrets of his order for a year and a day, in exchange for board and lodgings. Baron Abund agreed and set Emilia to learn from the mystic. In that year Emilia developed incredibly quickly, and learned to fight, run, climb and tumble like no one else in the town. Rumour has it the mystic also taught her to access the Void and that she has powers beyond those just physical.
Emilia’s good looks, quick smile and happy go lucky nature make her a firm favourite around town and the region.
