Pelor

Pelor is the name often given to The Light when worshipped in The Kingdom of Albion. He is seen as the patron deity of the The Knights of the Sun and his name is used interchangeably with The Light.   His symbol is that of a radiant sun burst, and is also the symbol of the Knights.   Pelor, known as the Shining One, is a deity primarily worshipped in The Kingdom of Albion. He is revered as the god of the Sun, Light, Strength, and Healing. Often depicted as an elderly man with wild golden hair and a beard, dressed in white robes, Pelor is a symbol of goodness and a bastion against evil.   Pelor is a greater deity whose domains include Life and Light, aligning with Neutral Good. His followers, who are often good-hearted humans, dedicate themselves to healing arts, and he is also popular among adventuring bards, druids, and rangers.   Pelor's holy symbol is a face within the sun, and he is known to ride a mighty ki-rin named Star Thought, summoning eagles and destroying evil with bolts of light. His realm is the Fortress of the Sun in Elysium, a gold-plated citadel that shines brightly atop the largest island of Elysium's layer of Thalasia.   His dogma emphasizes the importance of life, light, and the pursuit of all that is good. Pelor's worshipers are well-received wherever they go, and his clergy are known to mediate disputes and bring aid in times of need.
