Session 13
General Summary
The opening round of the gladiator tournament continued to go the way of Nex Pervenio. With
every foe they dropped, the fight got easier and easier. The crowd got behind them, glad to see
some carnage. Soon enough they�d won and were through to the quarterfinals.
The next opponents were The Northerners, battle-hardened veterans from the Weissland frontier.
This would be a more difficult fight and they had the crowd with them too. Evidently there was
much strange and powerful magic to be found in Weissland, as the entire team seemed well versed
in unleashing magical attacks from afar. Confusing the issue were large areas of poisonous web,
which offered some cover to those who braved their toxic fumes. It took a little longer, with some
close calls, but once more Nex Pervenio prevailed, winning the crowd over in the process.
