Otomo Takehiko

Takehiko is the youngest of a family of 4, and he's also the most spoiled. It's unexpected that he will inherit much, but expected that he will marry well, and it is unlikely he will have to work for either. As such, he got his choice of schools, his choice of living arrangements, his choice of most everything. Until he was settled in the Spider clan in an advisory position, Takehiko had pretty much done everything he'd ever wanted his way.

While being settled in on Hantei Kanpeki's council was not comfortable, it was something Takehiko had volunteered for. He hated the Spider and everything they represented--so when the Empress said she needed someone to keep an eye on them, he felt it was his civic duty. He didn't really expect to end up sleeping with the Hantei.
