Togashi Genjo

born a peasant, Genjo raised himself to the Togashi name with his sister through his embrace of the order of the Tattooed Monks. A prodigy at his training and a huge stature gained him a fast respect from his fellows, but it was at the war against Kyoso-no-Oni that he was first brought in and adopted, officially, as the Dragon Clan Champion's heir.

His sister, having died in that battle, was lost to him, and so he threw himself into this new goal wholeheartedly and without concern for other personal relationships. When he took the mantle, he was without family.

It wasn't until many years later that Genmei walked back into his life, a spirit that had broken her way out of the Realm of Thwarted destiny, along with two new friends. He immediately adopted them both into the Togashi family.
