Jareer Al-Hakim

Born in Qadai, Jareer Al-Hakim was the proud former owner/operator of Al-Barq Al-Tijari, a.k.a. the Commercial Lightning, a fleet of swift merchant vessels responsible for bringing rare healing herbs and medicinal supplies from all across Rolara to Sahil Al-Muqaddas, particularly his chosen home of Al-Zaluma. He tragically passed away rather unexpectedly shortly after blessing the wedding of Zahir Al-Basir and his eldest daughter, Amal Al-Hakim. After his death, Zahir presented documents proving that Jareer not only loved him like a son, but had intended to officially adopt him. Although Zahir did not take his late father-in-law's surname, he continues to operate the household under the name Bayt Al-Hakim.
