Scroll of Heavenly Coronation
New gods are appointed using this scroll. The names of those destined to become immortals are written in the scroll. Not to be confused with the Book of Judgement, or the Obsidian Tablet torn from the book's pages.
When a lucky mortal is noticed by heaven, their true name is notated in the scroll by the Jade God. The individual is then put under observation. Should they reveal the proper potential and gain further approval, Yu Huang will decree that they are a deity, and prescribe to them a portfolio of responsibility.
In some instances, names have magically appeared or disappeared in the scrolls
