For better or worse, four members of the Black Team have undergone Spiritual Training with Zhizhi Laoshu in the Way of the Rodent Fist style, and they've mastered a form of his Rodent Soul Technique. Though the training was end capped daily with meditative exercises to connect one to their spiritual energies, each day featured chores that only true heroes could accomplish.

Though the training was end capped daily with meditative exercises to connect one to their spiritual energies, each day featured chores that only true heroes could accomplish.
  Master Laoshu took his students to the Western Mountains, where the Giants live, and each morning a student would be assigned several houses to sweep by themselves before breakfast could be served. In the late morning, the team donned snorkels or used magic, and washed the "dry-clean only" dishes of the sea folk who lived on the ocean bottoms where pressures crushed mighty whales. After lunch was a strictly enforced nap. When Breaking Aura attempted to circumnavigate this once for more training, Laoshu scolded him. After nap time was sparring with boulders. The last chores of the day were incredibly dangerous and important, where the team would endeavor to fold the clothes of a cantakerous dragon. On the day they succeeded, the organization and tidyness pleased the dragon so greatly his scales shown brighter, and he agreed to lead troops for Dancing Phoenix, and apologized for trying to kill the students.
  Still, Master Laoshu wonders if all of the students will survive the second phase...
