Mage Hunter Cocoon Discovered in the Grove of Eljor
After decades of respite from the torment of Arcavios’ most feared predator, a recent citing has taken the continent by storm. The mere existence of this cocoon was enough cause for panic, but a recent turn of events has raised many heads west. “A wagon was sent out to recover & destroy this cocoon, y’see,” claimed a Ravnican courier. “Unfortunately, that wagon was destroyed. As were the people riding it… Cocoon was all broken to bits & the hunter was nowhere to be found.” Upon further investigation, it appeared that a mysterious corruption had allegedly been plaguing small villages bordering the Grove of Eljor. A corruption quite similar to the one that has recently been plaguing Strixhaven. Until recently, those rumors had been dismissed as ludicrous fantasies, ‘til the day the evil source was discovered by Gruux & other goblinoid members of the Gruul clan, whilst on their way back from business at Strixhaven.
