Sigurd Eardwulf The Last Man Standing
A legend among the ranks of the Horde Patrol, Sigurd Eardwulf was a veteran warrior who spent 40 long years holding the unrelenting hordes of the Understabs at the Third Horde Wall. His courage and strength became renowned amongst those upon the walls, becoming famed as “Eardwulf” or “Wolf of the Land” in the old tongue, the one warrior who could rally his comrades to become Trivin’s bulwark against the unspeakable horrors they faced.
Sigurd faced countless battles in his time on the wall, fighting ceaselessly to sway the tide of battle against his goblin attackers. He fought in every campaign, taking down countless foes with his famed sword Arnifyr and his unbreakable spirit. His bravery earned him the respect and admiration of his fellow soldiers, becoming a symbol of hope for all who fought by his side.
Despite his many victories, the 3rd Horde Wall was eventually broken, and Sigurd was the last to fall. It is said he fought for 2 days and 3 nights, fighting with tooth and nail when the mighty blade was shattered, unyielding in his bitter vengeance. His bravery and selflessness in the face of certain death earned him a place in the annals of history, and he was remembered as a hero who gave his all to defend his kingdom.
Sigurd's legacy lives on long after his death, his actions still strengthen the Horde Patrol’s lines.
