It is the city of pleasure of the west coast with many objects of passion permeating the City.
The city is but of three concentric circles, the outer circle where primarily visitors and lessor slaves dwell, the inner circle where common goliaths and honoured gues dwell. Then there is the deep circle where the upper echoes of the city and important officials from around Rondo come to indulge themselves.
When you first see the city you don’t think much of it, it is a coastal city.
