Celebrant

Celebrant is a city in Shadesmar. It isn't as densely populated as most human cities, but the variety of spren there is stunning. Reachers like Ico and his sailors are common, but there are also cultivationspren. They are made entirely of vines, though they have crystal hands and wear human clothing. Equally common are spren with inky black skin that shine with a variety of colors when light hits them right. Their clothing seems part of them, like that of the Cryptics.

There are other spren with skin like cracked stone, molten light shining from within. Still others have skin the color of old white ashes - and when you see one of these point toward something, the skin stretching at the joint of its arm disintegrates and blows away, revealing the joint and knobs of the humerus. The skin then quickly regrows.

Buildings are constructed using bricks in a variety of colors or blocks of many different types of stone. Each building is a hodgepodge of materials with no pattern.
