Ruidas

A kingdom on southern Faelontir, isolated from the rest of humanity, beyond The Tortured Lands and set upon a sheer-cliffed peninsula.
The high cliffs surrounding Ruidas form a powerful natural barrier, while the great forests to the north, stretching into the Tortured Lands form a secondary barrier that very few men would even make an attempt to brave.
The kingdoms culture and values have changed significantly in the past century, adapting much of what they have learned from contact with the Theocracy of Aeros into their own society. This change began with Akathon, the previous king, at the very beginning of his reign he reestablished power structures and societal norms, while maintaining Ruidas' peace and establishing a still enduring connection with the Theocracy.

Foreign Relations

Isolated as Ruidas is, positive relations with Al Sadir and the Theocracy of Aeros have come about within the last few centuries and since been maintained.
