Tarsi Tillo is a Nanomagical wizard / Nanomage. He's 19 years old.
What does Nanomagic mean?  Nanomagia uses very minimalist charms, the visual form of their spells consisting of Nanoparticles, billions of Nanoparticles that create sparks or resemble dust.  A more detailed description coming soon...
Tarsi is a disciple of the second category of Nanomagia. Nanomages keep their planet alive, protecting it at all costs. "TeeTee" wants to be The Chosen one. Ruggant's highest defender. He has a strong enthusiasm and talent for technology, building robots and machines that Nanomagia gives life to.  He forms Maginanotechnology.

Personal history

Tarsi was born in 2265 in so-called The Birth place of Ruggantu. 
He's a twin brother, but his brother Jerry was born without the Nanomage mark, so he can't use Nanomagia. Tarsi was more fortunate. He has two marks, making him a stronger Nanomagical wizard. Jerry hates Tarsi so much, envies his power. But Tarsi tries to help his brother and teach him Nanomagical abilities. He's inventing a robot that would be able to "give" a Nanomagia mark and make Jerry Nanomagic wizard like Tarsi. 
His father was quite a powerful Arcinanomage, working at The Defending Place of Ruggantu, but died when a Tautaur fleet attacked Ruggantu. He was honored for his courage to defend Ruggantu. 
Tarsi's mother is very ill, Jerry likes to take care of her because he doesn't think about Tarsi's strength during that. His mother has a Crystalline fever. An irresistible disease.

Education

Tarsi attended a standard Elementary school of general Nanomagic education and then a High school of Nanomagical Engineering and Mechanics. He has passed all exams and will apply for Serpentis University of Arcinanomage.

He has successfully passed and passed exams in all compulsory and voluntary subjects at secondary school. Exams from Nanomagia excellently. He won a competition in Maginanotechnology. He has his father's badge for defense.
