Technically still the reeve of Emberwood Village, Mr. Stavros was always more interested in climbing the social ladder than with the duties of his post and the well being of the village and its people. He was eager to cash in on the influx of people and money brought by the discovery of Delerium, and turned his manor into a posh hotel for the well to do. He prefers to remain in his manor and socialize with his clientele than to descend into the village he is supposed to be overseeing.
