High King of the North

Qualifications

The person holding the title must have control over the Northern part of the continent of Herkar. This is currently divided between: Jarldom of Vikjarland, The League of Hogaber and The Principality of Stormvia

Duties

Keep the Empire together and organize raids to the west

Responsibilities

If the Empire runs out of money or any kind of unrest is caused or is defeated in battle the High King will be blamed
