Celrand

Celrand is an elderly man in dark blue and purple robes, a bald liver spotted head, and a long grey matted beard. Celrand is the High Priest of Thunder's Roar, a temple dedicated to the deity Talos, and has taken the title of Storm Lord.

Known history

Celrand claimed to the Party that he is over 130 years old, but contradicting this Arthur, a Storm Knight of Thunder's Roar, claimed that Celrand told him he was over three hundred years old. Celrand has also claimed to be a knight anointed over one hundred years ago.

Involvement

The Party encountered Celrand with thin the Thunder's Roar temple and got into a verbal altercation with him. He claimed that Talos himself imbrue with the knowledge of Stormcaller's location and had kept him alive for such an unnatural amount of time. He also informed the Party that he would only share this information should be they eliminate Theodore, the High Priest of Helm's Call temple. Fornik then watch as Celrand sentenced the Storm Knight Arthur to die for betrayal; though Fornik was able to scupper these plans and escape Thunder's Roar with Arthur. The Party also have come to believe that he is a part of the criminal organisation the Eyes in the Dark.
