Citadel of the Cyriladel Star

The Citadel of the Cyriladel Star is located within the Kasari Wastelands, lands still widely blighted by the corruption of fiends and aberrations that was brought during the Age of Blood leaving a dangerous and mostly uninhabitable area. The Citadel is an imposing structure built upon black oily stone ruins which seem to drink in the light, the structure itself is tall, fortified, and monolithic in appearance. The Citadel stands a beacon of resistance within the corruption and death of the Kasari Wastelands.
Inside the Citadel, there is a vast collection of books, artefacts, and relics from all over the world, each carefully catalogued and guarded by the members of the Order of the Cyriladel Star. The interior of the Citadel is a labyrinthine structure with twisting passages, secret chambers, and rooms filled with magical experiments and obscure knowledge. The members of the Order are known to be reclusive, only leaving the Citadel on rare occasions, and when they do, they tend to wear hooded robes that obscure their faces, fueling speculation about the true nature of their activities.
