Dowlan, who prefers to go by Righteous Brother Dowlan, is a human in his late teens or early twenties. He has short blond hair with harsh features. He was first seen wearing red leathers underneath robes of the Cult of the Radiant Mistress, but during the Battle of Red Larch fought with plate armour gilded with the markings of the Radiant Mistress.
Involvement
The confrontational Dowlan was first encounter after Blank, Ecthelion, and Fornik broke the siege of the Temple to the Radiant Mistress. While expecting Dowlan to be thankful, he was anything but, instead being confident that the party need the help of himself and the Temple of the Radiant Mistress. Coming to an arrangement Dowlan decided to help Blank in return for a place on the ruling council of Red Larch. Dowlan led the forces of the Temple of the Radiant Mistress into the Battle of Red Larch and prove vital in the outcome of the Battle.
