Oxengrad University

Oxengrad University is renowned for its promotion of knowledge and free thinking. It was founded as the Kingdom of Oxenfurt during the Age of Conquest, but was later conquered by the Kingdom of Maskeva and renamed the Imperial City of Oxengrad. Despite facing challenges from the Velgan Monarchy and Church of the Ebony Flame, due to its progressive views on a variety of societal issues, Oxengrad University has remained an important centre of learning and education in the Velgan Empire.
The University has a rich history of producing influential graduates, including students who were at the forefront of creating autonomous creatures through a combination of clockwork, mechanics, and magic. However, these experiments were deemed too dangerous by the Velgan Monarchy and the students were expelled. Despite its challenges, Oxengrad University continues to play a crucial role in Velgan society as a source of knowledge and education.
