Roc is a man who looks weathered by the world and every single year he has spent on it. He has short grey hair, is poxed with scars, and is high muscular for his years. He wears clothes dirted with soil and dust, which loosely fits upon him. He is the leader of the Red Larch miners and a member of the Council of Red Larch.
Known History
After the hobgoblins took Red Larch, Roc lead the miners to side with the Hobgoblins in return for the reopening of the mines.
Involvement
The party first encountered Roc in the Rocks Tavern, where they negotiated with Roc and the miners to gain their support against the hobgoblins. Roc was a signature of the Charter of Red Larch and is a member of the Council of Red Larch. Roc fought in the Battle of Red Larch with the miners.
