A glass bulb with golden filigree in the shape of Ionia's crest dangles from a thick black string. Within the bulb, the water churns like a tiny ocean.

Ebb and Flow (Slumbering)

Once per day, you can use an action to unleash a stream of water toward a target within 30 ft. of you that you can see. You can choose to bolster the creature or deal damage to it. A bolstered creature regains 3d4 hit points. Otherwise, the target takes 3d4 force damage.

Ebb and Flow (Stirring)

When you use the Ebb and Flow ability, the effects are now amplified. After affecting a creature with this ability you can bounce the stream of water to another creature within 30 ft. of the target. You can affect a number of creatures equal to your spellcasting modifier and no creatures can be affected more than once per turn.
You can now use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Surging Tides (Awakened)

Whenever you use a spell slot of 1st level or higher to restore hit points to a creature, the creature gains 10 feet of movement until the start of your next turn.
Note: Combat Wildshape healing does count as expending a spell slot for this effect.
