Came to re-read this on 5 Feb and saw that it published but didn't save all my work.
TL:DR Village people fell asleep and won't wake up. Some party members fell asleep and did wake up. One fell asleep and did not wake up. All party go to sleep and wake up old Esmerelda of the Apothecary. Turt threatens one sleepwalker and attacks train. Eyeballs get angry. Sleepwalkers attack.
