Ethereal Thief Jeaks
She was formerly an adventurer based out of Piltover with a group called the Tax Evaders. Unfortunately, she is the lone survivor from the party after a near total wipe raiding a Shuriman tomb. She lost a lot of her motivation after that and slowly got pushed into exile in Bilgewater. After regaining some of her drive while pushing the Souper Troopers along (and an unfortunate failure by another party), Jeaks is back in Piltover once more.

Their natural form is mostly human presenting with green scales that periodly meld into their otherwise "human flesh", yellow reptilian eyes, and scaled tail that she normally keeps wrapped around her waist.
