Lunari Dragonscale Bracers

Adventuring gear (wondrous item, arms), artifact (requires attunement)   These bracers are made of slick, black scales and patterned with the depictions of the moon in its various phases. Two runes in Draconic are visible on each of the bracers: Rime and Ashardalon.
 

Draconic Runes (Slumbering)

The bracers have four (4) charges. While equipped, you can use an action to expend one (1) or more charges to cast one of the following spells from it, using your spell save DC: Rime's Binding Ice (2 charges), Ashardalon's Stride (3 Charges).   Alternatively, those with access to Flexible Casting can convert charges into spell slots replacing Sorcery Point Cost with charges as a bonus action on your turn. The bracers regain 1d4-1 expended charges daily at dawn.
 

Dragon's Focus

Additionally, you have advantage on saving throws you make to avoid being charmed or frightened or to end those conditions on you.
 

Draconic Runes (Stirring)

The bracers now have six (6) charges and regain 1d4 charges per day. A third rune appears on each of the bracers, Raulothim, allowing you to cast the spell Raulothim's Psychic Lance (5 charges). Additionally, you gain access to the Sorcery Incarnate feature.  

Sorcery Incarnate

As a Bonus Action, you can expend 3 charges to absorb energy from the bracers and temporarily enhance your spellcasting for 1 minute. During this time, you gain the following benefits:
  • The spell save DC of your Sorcer spells increases by 1.
  • You have Advantage on the attack rolls of Sorcerer spells you cast.
  • WIP Alternate to Sorcery Incarnate

    Unleash Bloodline

    The Dragonscale Bracers tap into your draconic heritage to empower your Elemental Affinity. At the start of your turn, you can choose to gain the following benefits until the end of your turn:
  • The spell save DC of your Sorcerer spells increases by 1.
  • You have Advantage on the attack rolls of Sorcerer spells you cast.
  • Sorcerer spells that you cast ignores resistance to your Elemental Affinity and treats immunity to that damage as resistance instead.
  • At the end of your turn after activating this feature, expend one hit die. If you have no remaining hit die, you instead take force damage equal to your Sorcerer level.  

    Draconic Recovery

    At the end of a long rest, you regain all spent hit die.
