Remy Thurstan (Deceased)
Human thief with some talent for magic (arcane trickster). Known associate of the Hush Company. Was caught attempting to steal a Hextech Crystal from Count Mei's Menagerie and killed by the Souper Troopers.
Raymond Jace
Principal Intelligencer of Clan Arvino. Brisk but gruff human that dresses for a jungle hunt despite not really leaving the city. Noticed that one of the Souper Troopers while helping the zoo and withheld some of their reward. Probably distrusts them a bit.
Volger Rinez
Old-ish human with a cane and prosthetic leg. POC for the party on request from Glasc Industries to investigate particular series of undercity citizens being turned into hostile reptilian creatures.
Eleanor Lithtaur
Human worker at an undercity cultivaire. Wife of the late Oron Lithtaur who turned into some reptile abomination and died.
Isaac Beistina
Vastayan member of the Church of the Glorious Evolution that the party met on a random street. Led them to Oron Lithtaur's local chapter of the church that they both attended. Very desperate to get others to come join the faith.
Dakun Steelfist
Minotaur deacon at local chapter of the Church of the Glorious Evolution (Chapter 9 did I say?). Provided the party with some insight into the Church's beliefs and some of the opportunities they provide to the community. Also, he's got chemtech transradial (arms below the elbow) prosthetics on each arm and lower extremity (lower body) four-legged spider prosthetic.
