The Oblivion Orb can be used as an arcane focus.

This black pearl has several gold rings that wrapped around it as well as one orbital, ridged gold ring that surrounds it, hovering an inch away at all points. Within, the pearl seems to be an endless dark expanse.

Cursed Spellburn

As a bonus action, you can brandish this orb and expend a hit die to empower your spells for up to 1 minute. The next time you hit a creature with a spell attack, the target takes an additional 1d6 force damage. Additionally, the creature cannot regain hit points until the end of your next turn.

You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per day.
