Dvoryanin Ivanushka Romanov
Ivanushka Romanov became ruler of Ketterzan at the tender age of fifteen, when his aunt Katherine died with no heirs of her own. He was actually named Ivan after his grandfather, the first leader of Ruslavia, but due to his early assension to the throne, he was always thought of as the boy-lord, thus the diminutive name "Ivanushka".
It is believed that the folktale of The Golden Duck Eggs is loosely based on Ivanushka and his parents (neither of whom were royal rulers themselves), although Ivanushka's increase in status from petty noble to royal Dvoryanin is hardly the rags-to-riches story that the folktale depicts.
