Ketter Dwarf

The Ketter Dwarves are the group of dwarves whose ancestors emigrated from the Sabrelands southwards to Ketterzan after the Winter Witches took control of the area during the Age of Long Ago.

Common Dress code

Ketter Dwarves have adopted many of the fashions of the Humans who dominate Ketterzan. However, most Ketter Dwarves have held onto several distinctly dwarven traditions, particularly surrounding how they maintain their hair. Unmarried men keep their beards short, while married men wear their beards bushier (though seldom as long as the Snow or Horde Dwarves). Similarly, unmarried females will wear their hair in a single plait, which is ceremonially taken out at the marriage ceremony. From that point on, the married female wears her hair loose.
