Kupala Night

Kupala Night takes place from sundown on the 10th day of Leta (Summer) until sunrise on the 11th day of Leta. It celebrates the summer solstice and is symbolically opposite to the mid-winter festival of Koliada. For this reason, Kupala Night celebrations are forbidden in the Sabrelands, where the ruling Winter Witches consider it as heresy against the Zima Spirits.
