Rinat Bashirov was an Elf ruler of Ketterzan and the neighbouring Cherti Mountains. He was a highly devout follower of the Orthobog religion, and encouraged the adoption of the Church of the White God in Ketterzan by lowering taxes for anyone who was a practicing follower of Belabog.
