Turquoise Crystal Ball

This crystal ball is made of glimmering Turquoise. It gives the weilder a greater ability to interact with animals. A perfect crystal grants the bearer a +5 bonus to their Ride and +2 Animal Handling skills, and it increases the speed of any creature they ride by 5 feet per round. If the crystal is flawed, e.g. if it's not quite a perfect sphere, it provides the skill bonuses without granting the mount speed bonus. The crystal can still work if it is cracked, but with limited potency: providing the +2 Animal Handling bonus, but the Ride bonus is decreased to +1, and no bonus to the mount speed is granted. The decrease in quality is reflected by a reduction in price.
