Heat Wave

A weather phenomenon in which the temperature gradually increases each day. Heat waves most often last 10 days like their counterpart cold snaps. Though heat waves are far more likely to occur back to back making them seem much longer. They bring with them droughts, dust storms, tornadoes, and increased risk of fires.
